1. Introduction
1.1 The emergence of netspeak buzzword Netspeak buzzword is new languages that developed with the internet that is different from the traditional mass media. Many netizens like it, when it is born, and it develops very fast. The language includes spell, the abbreviation of English letters, numbers, and expressions and so on. Numbers with special meanings and vivid network animation and pictures, firstly, it was a way that taken by the net citizen to improve their efficiency or some special requirements, then it became a specific language. In addition, it can widespread use in all kinds of internet applications, like chatting room, BBS. Netspeak buzzword respects the internet culture and permeates in our real life, then affects

Some of them are very useful and interesting. For example, 886 means goodbye; 555~~~~ is a sound of cry; 7878 means go away, go away; 9494 means that’s it; 201314 is love you forever; 874 has two meanings, one of it is why don’t you died, another one represents slapping others face. All of these usually use in the chatting room, QQ, YY, MSN.

1.2.2 The translate type These words are all coming from the foreign language, according to the original pronunciation; we can find some Chinese words replace them. Sometimes, we called “download” as “荡(down)”, “e-mail” as “伊妹儿”, these Chinese names are very interesting and easy to remember.

Why? Because it has a progress to people to accept these words and choose some words that most of us like and drop something that we need not. All of the progress are complied with the development of new time. Only those approved by most people can have the lasting vitality.

1.4 The origin of netspeak buzzwords
The language is made up of dialect, the movie and television culture works, social events, owing to network and celebrity. One day, the word appeared and became very popular, besides, the new word was full of vitality, can afford the test and accept by most of the people, then accumulated over the time, it became a language.
With the deeper study of internet language, a new language discipline: weblinguistics born. This discipline put forward by Zhou Haizhong (周海中,2000) first. Then, the famous linguist David Crystal published an article in 2005. Nowadays, internet linguistics already become a hot spot of language study, and it still need to be improved.
