Customers will then turn to other websites such as Hulu, HBOGO and others. The word “rely” may also be a word to consider because they should really be relying on the streaming and online video offerings. These apply to much more relevant futuristic customer needs and will make them more money than physical mail. Similarly, to newspapers now being read more online rather than bought. Also, as mentioned in the case study, Blockbuster has been looking into the same market to try to compete with Netflix.
