The objective of every training lesson is to improve performance. Each session needs to be well planned to improve fitness for a specific fitness level depending on the type of sport. The sport, which I have decided to discuss for health and fitness, is Netball. It is a game that is very exciting, which involves running, jumping, throwing, catching, and it is well known internationally. Yes, mostly a female game and not much played in the USA. It is very similar to basketball and the training must include: warm up and warm down, practicing skills and various fitness activities linked to netball. As any other sport, Netball requires a lot of training and one way to gain or develop fitness in a short time but with hard work, is Interval training.

Loosing fitness after missing training sessions is very easy. A player should complete at least 5 sessions of active training in order to prevent losing fitness. A player should always want her body to adapt less stress, if she wants it to adapt to more stress. (NetballAmerica.com)
Training for any sport can be challenging. In this case Netball as mention before is a very intense sport and requires for a player to be in a high fitness level, and willing to work hard to keep it up. Many various exercises can be use to keep enthusiasm and motivation and not hit the tedium stage as any other activity, especially since a netballer would need to keep training even during the off-season because the emphasis of its training program as any other is to continue developing muscular strength and aerobic fitness to stay fit for the game. Even though is mostly a female
