ACO Building Drainage is organizations that have over 40 years experience in drainage installation which act as the leader in development of water drainage. Objective of this group is to maintain its leader position in market by innovation and preserve high quality of products and create awareness towards environmental. The materials used of their products involve stainless steel, gun metal, aluminium alloy and any others materials which has high qualities.

This company engage successfully by set up in 130 countries with portfolio of 72 brands and operate in 38 countries with 100 of manufacturing sites. Nestle Water is having a strong distribution channel which can help them to manage their product variety flow to fulfil customer needs.
Nestle Water faced some problems on their information system as they want to replace paper-based system with electronic data analysis and storage system. Previously, Nestle Water used bulky paper-based system to manage company data which increase the difficulties for quality engineer to discover and solve the errors on time. Nestle Water have to demarcate the system so that they can function in LAN and WAN while retain their IT framework.
Nestle Water decided to combine InfinityQS ProFicient Software with current IT Infrastructure to solve their problem. IT department mainly focus on two manufacturing section which are Retail Manufacturing and Home and Office Manufacturing. Both manufacturing unit is perform different task as Retail unit has to upgrade the newest release to all factories while Home and Office units are in charge to format existing server. The first increased prices on bottled water nearly 10% after almost a decade of prices falling has been occurred at Nestle Waters North America Inc., year 2011. Normally, Nestle Waters had their biggest purchases in resin, plastic bottles, plastic packaging and caps.
