Strengths Nestle try to fulfill customer's satisfactions by producing quality products with suitable health and security scope, this is the reason why customers belief on the products due. Nestle Company also produced more than 10 products mix to fulfill different customer's need and want, such as cereals, coffee, water, infant foods yogurts, and healthcare nutrition. Actually the multinational company has the potential to get the attention from more customers than those local companies. Then, Nestle company also adapt the new high-tech technology in the industries in order to increase the productivity of products and also improve the quality of products. Furthermore, of nestle is it includes a good policy, the action of quality policy is to ensure quality of the food and the security of the food which are assurance to create believe by the products and services that can match with the customer's expectation and desire, adhere to the internal and the external food security, supervisory and also the quality requirements. Nestle company also had a higher market share in Malaysia compare to its competitors. According to the Pandey.T (2014) stated that Nestle Malaysia produces more than 200 halal products in their beverage and food range which are trade abroad to 50 countries. Besides, Nestle also holds over 40% market share in Malaysia. The total revenue for Nestle company was grew 5% which is from RM4.56 billion in year 2013 to RM4.79 billion, the offering from the local market was grew 8% when the trade abroad was lower because of the partner company's decreased …show more content…
During the campaign, the main products of Nestle company were display in economic value packs . The campaign was contribution in various product categories such as Confectionery, Foods and Liquid Drinks posting a robust double digit growth. The contribution in this marketing and promotional activities were associated to the Nestlé "Lebih Kebaikan, Lebih Nilai" campaign have build up the brands. The Nestle company will continue to influence on the constant Malaysian economy growth and maintain active in innovating on the product portfolio when there are advertising the balance diets of nutritionally and healthy lifestyles in in order to establish a healthy and productive society.
