It was a clinical mandatory rotation in Nephrology. I used to take history, perform physical examination and management and treatment plan regaring different renal problems. I rotated with consultants and residents who were involved in the evaluation of patients with all aspects of kidney disease, secondary hypertension, hypertension in chronic kidney disease. I also managed patients for peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, nephrotic syndrome, and renal osteodystrophy, chronic kidney disease.
