In the following observation assignment, I wrote a paper on my experience of a four week observation plan for my nephew Noah. This assignment helped me immensely on familiarizing myself with interpersonal relationships. It taught me different elements of how exactly children learn from the environment around them and how they learn from the people they are surrounded by. Throughout the paper I broke down his behavior patterns and learned why exactly he was doing the things he was doing. This helped me as an FLE because by breaking things down, I was able to successfully act upon the four basic points of interpersonal relationships.
