Neonatal Nurse Research Paper

My current goal is to become a Neonatal Nurse. A neonatal nurse is a nurse that cares for newborns. I want to help save lives. I also what to do something that i have a passion for and good at.

When I was younger I always wanted to save something for a baby bird to one day helping new born babies that are sick. I also learned that I am really good with infants and toddlers. At the age of 15 I started babysitting my god brothers when they were just 4 months. Then I started babysitting for a retired colonel who is now a foster mom. These foster kids are the main reason why I want to working the neo care unit, seeing these kids with bruises, broken bones, etc makes me what to be a nurse and help nurse these innocent, poor, fragile babies back
