At this time, it was hard for people to be optimistic, or fight for their freedom. In addition, everyone thought of him as the man who put a smile on someone’s face. Nelson Mandela never hesitated, his faithfulness to human rights. He was always fair, and he was always loyal to all in his life. During Mandela’s imprisonment, multiple people offered him a release deal. Mandela thought that the deals were unfair and wrong, so he turned the people down. He only did so because he knew what was right. On the other hand, the deals he was offered, were turned down because he would not let politics affect his freedom from prison. He was a man who stood up for what was right not just what he believed in. When Mandela’s case was acquitted, he and his friends approved the case, after they heard the shooting on the unarmed protesters. Sadly, he left without receiving his LLB because he was a student that was unable to fulfill his responsibilities. He tried again, but still did not get his degree.
