An established neighborhood located north of North Sam Houston Parkway West and Cypress Creek Parkway also known as FM 1960 West, east of State Highway 249 and west of I-45. The immediate neighborhood is bordered by Louetta Rd to the south, Stuebner Airline Rd to the east, and Spring Cypress Rd to the North. Champion Forest Dr. and Theiss Mail Route Rd are the main streets that go through the neighborhood. Memorial Northwest is located in zip code 77379.

Elementary School
Theiss Elementary is home of the Tigers located at 17510 Theiss Mail Route Rd, Klein Texas 77379. Their mission is to provide a collaborative a safe learning environment for all student to enjoy, challenging them to reach their highest potential and closing the achievement gap for every learner.
Middle/Intermediate School
Doerre Intermediate is located at 18218 Theiss Mail Rd, Klein Texas 77379. Doerre consistently scores above state and national averages. The students at Doeree (pronounced Door-ree) also dominate the math, speech and music contests in the area. Doeree Intermediate provides a socially focused and academically sound learning environment encouraging students to reach their maximum potential.
High School
Klein High is the home of the Bearkats located at 16715 Stuebner Airline, Klein, Texas 77379. Klein High provides students with a newly renovated campus that appears to be a small college campus with the District Stadium for Klein Schools located on the campus.
