11/19/2015- During the negotiation meeting, CalRecycle presented the Transitional Plan to Vendor. Vendor will combine and modify the original SOW and Transitional Plan to include some of the elements that CalRecycle transitional plan. Final SOW with Transitional Plan will be emailed by 11/23/15 and Final negotiation is expected to be completed the same
