This writer met with the patient list above to address the negative metabolites based on her UDS results on 05/4/2017. The patient appeared to be confused about why she was negative and asked questions about what is metabolites, of which this writer explained to the patient. The patient immediately denies falsifying her urine and says " Why would I do that......I do not what happen....I did not do anything to the urine. Something is wrong with that." This writer explained to the patient that when a patient is negative, it means that the urine is falsified, but again, the patient denies falsifying her urine. Furthermore, the patient self-admits to drinking a couple of sips of Hennessy on 05/3/2017, day before her scheduled urine. This writer
