How to stop absorb others ' negative emotions? Bad mood and pessimism are "contagious." As you learn to resist? Emotions, especially stress, anger, disappointment, shock - these are all energies. And you can "catch" the negative energy emitted by other people, even you are not even aware of it.
All people are emotional sponges, but the degree of "absorption" is different for everyone. Some are free to swim in a pile and a mass of negativity, not feeling much of discomfort. And some of these frustrations can lead to suicide. What I speak is called empathy.

When you attend places that are crowded and filled with a lots of people you feel like you choke. Maybe it is because you absorb negative emotions from others in the crowd.
That’s why you should avoid the source of anxiety, at any cost!
Try start to talk with those people that you are uncomfortable with a greater distance than usual. Step back and stand away. This trick really works.
Do not worry that someone will damage you. Do not sit anywhere else on the bus, if you sit next to a person that smells unpleasant but if you sit closed to sad people then move somewhere else. Get up and leave. In any unclear situation be concentrated on your breathing.
Breathing - this is what connects your brain to your situation. Be concentrated on the few minutes of breathing. Breathe tranquility, deflate the negativity. This will help you to feel yourself in time and space and also will clean the prints in your head that are related with fear and other difficult emotions.
Imagine the negativity as a gray mist that comes out of your body through exhalation. But inhalation imagine that you fall on a beam of golden light. This is a simple practice that can give you quick results.

Each time you are in the company and unpleasant people, mentally imagine yourself that hang in the air in a white package. The color, in principle can be any - just it needs to feel that gives you strength. Think of this package as a shield that rejects all negativity and unease. Allow yourself from the environment to take only the positivity.

Learn to identify people who suck energy from others and avoid them. When you are on the table full with strangers assume a marginal seats. Avoid communication with "emotional vampires".

Always you have to have money for example a taxi, you don’t have to be tied to anyone. Make sure that at every unpleasant moment can thus arrive home. It will give you confidence.
Also, you need to have a place at your home and that you can be alone. This can be an office, small corner for reading or desk with the computer in your bedroom.
