Moreover, Violent TV programs can effect children’s behavior which may lead children to engage in alcohol abuse, and smoking at early age. In majority of TV shows and movies, smoking can be seen by children a lot of time. In those kinds of scenes smoking has been shown as a fundamental thing in life. This opens a door for children who see those performances to start smoking. In addition, there are a few TV shows, and movies that children are performing in them as main actors. In those types of movies children have to act what directors want. For example; children who participate in movies or TV shows may not smoke in real, but according to scenario, they have to smoke. Another way that television and violent programs have a negative effect on children is by causing of health problems. A child who watches television massively will have sleep problems because he/she is not going to get enough sleep. The majority of famous TV shows are broadcasted at night (Vioqueand Quiles 1886). Cite That encourages children to stay up too late. Not only does this factor not allow children get enough sleep, but also will cause mental problems. It is clear spending a lot of time in front of screen by children is one of the most harmful factors that avoid kids getting sleep as much as necessary. In addition, massive television does not allow children fall asleep even though they try hard to sleep because excessive watching makes their brain tired. When children go to the bed, their brain does not carry out its duty for sleeping and these accounts as a mental issue.
