The others agreed to give their seats up but Rosa, she would not give her seat up just because of her color but she also would not give her seat up because she was tired of her job. There was not a negative impact on society, I would say with the new laws they started making it made us better to become as one. To not see each other as color but just see people the way you are, your skin color doesn't matter. Continuing, peaceful disobedience is a part of our constitutional right, us as citizens have the civil right to protest when we want to change in our society or government. However, us as a group of people, not individuals, can accomplish this as we have the strength in numbers. Protesting might be viewed in a negative light due to recent social and economical issues involving minority communities, and those who take it in a more aggressive and barbaric manner which leads to rioting. People seem to confuse these two, hence the negativity from the community on change, and the government's non-involvement.
