Eating junk food for many times without doing exercises or moving will increase the risk of having heart diseases because the high amount of trans fat in the junk food will negatively affect the performance of the heart because of the accumulation of grease on it. Nutritionists say that junk food is poor in nutritional value because it contains high amounts of sweeteners, sodium and trans fat. That is why this kind of food is increasing the risk of having heart diseases, such as, coronary heart disease, heart attack and heart failure.
