Playing games and taking a break from studies or jobs is good for your health. Everybody needs a break every once in a while and that is perfectly fine. However, excessive gaming isn’t healthy at all. As mentioned above, it has many negative effects such as sleep deprivation, funding problems and other factors that will result in you losing valuable relationships and once-in-a-live-time opportunities. These are very important and are very difficult or impossible to get back once lost. Especially career opportunities which are rare and considered once-in-a-live-time opportunities. If you do not make full use of it, you may regret for the rest of your life. As you can see, excessive gaming is a source for the problems mentioned above that will most likely ruin your future. Always remember that games can be played anytime. There are things that are more important than games such as relationships and opportunities that will go down the drain if neglected and there is a high possibility that you will never get it back. Just remember to prioritise between gaming and other more important things that will benefit you in the long run and you should be
