In these days, people prefer to communicate with the others by the easiest way and this way conclude in a small device called cell phone. This small device can let us socialize with each other. In addition, community in these days are really need to be aware about the other people, especially the close people like relatives, friends, and the dealers. On the other hand, some people prefer to enjoy it by chatting, watching videos, and playing. Actually, the dangerous thing that most of the people don’t relies it is that the cell phone has a lot of bad effects for us as a community. On the other hand, that what people are doing nowadays is sitting and using the cell phone most of the day time without thinking mentally of the negative physical effects that it may come from chatting and watching videos. What people are doing nowadays is wasting their money on the new cell phone in today's markets without thinking about the negative effects that they may get if they continue wasting their money on a cell phone such as recharging and repairing their cell phone. According to Government action secures end to shock mobile bills (2015), buying cell phone can waste the individual's money and government provided a protection to save the customers from the high bills and mobile phone crimes. As a result, people who continue buying expensive cell phone will start losing their money if they didn't follow the government's actions. In addition, this negative bad effect that comes from cell phone should reduce by us and we should stop it by following government rules and by reducing buying an expensive cell
