I decided to make a comprehensive guide to my posts. This way anyone who reads my blog will have a quick reference to follow:

The first step in self improvement is to accept that there is nothing broken or wrong with you.

The next is to examine your life and see the big picture.

Third would be planning your life around the truth (however, taking action is usually more important if you are just spinning your wheels), but before that you must accept certain things:
Happiness is external (i.e. life is all about our relationships)
But you should also selfishly put your desires first
And always trust your intuition
You are a product of your environment:
So make it as positive as possible,
Guard yourself from warped ideas on the internet,

Need to Make a Big Change in Your Life?
The 4 ways:
An emotional crisis
Create a deadline that puts pressure on you
Best if you tell someone else about the deadline
Simplify and reduce the change
Introduce an X factor in your environment
Parenting:
Realize desire must come from within your child
And, no, you can 't implant that desire
Let them choose their own path
"Guidance" = manipulation (support them instead and teach with logic and reason)
Never hit your child
You must be happy with yourself first before you can raise a child right
Confrontation:
Walking away can the best weapon at times,
But never be afraid to stand up for yourself (just go about it the right way).

Remember, if you work hard, you can create the life you want.

Probably the three four most important lessons I have to offer is:
Follow your intuition
Do things right the first time (by using organic decision making)
Give excellence if you want an excellent life
Find your FUCK YES activities
