The money must go towards a charity which helps support families affected by a range of serious crimes. Robbery, Murder and Neds heartless actions. Ned is not even close to being a hero the only thing heroic Ned did was save 7 year old Dick from a river when Ned was 12. Its imperative that the money goes to families whos protector, provider and parent have been taken away by a serious cause. Handing over the money to another cause would be rude to people who are suffering from having no sole provider.
