For this assignment I chose an excerpt from the Navy Diving Manual. The instructions I decided to write about is the process for inspecting a SCUBA diver prior to them entering the water. The instructions are written in a clear, concise, and methodical way. Not only do I believe I could follow these instructions as they are written, I have on a regular basis for over ten years. The process for inspecting a diver prior to them entering the water seems like a simple enough task however, it is a very important one. The main goal of these instructions are to ensure the divers are safe and the target audience should be senior and responsible enough to understand that.
