Thank you for the kind referral of ___ [NAME] who I caught up with this week with regard to her left os naviculare injury which she has been having now for three to four months but slowly worsening on return to support. She occasionally has a stabbing pain when she is sitting or just walking around with no shoes on and as you are well aware with her scan presenting with some tibialis posterior tendonopathy and os naviculare information.
As in general history background ___ [NAME] told me that she has had a left knee arthroscope in recent times which she still rehabbing with a physiotherapist at this present time currently wearing New Balance 761 tennis shoes and walking and jogging around in her New Balance 1080 neutral runners. …show more content…
Further up the chain I looked at her single leg squat where she struggles to gain any range through her knee given that it is still a little bit tight and sore as a result we see some opposite side hip drop and flexion at her trunk to provide her with the adequate range to get through the squat position. When walking this is showing me a Trendelenburg style of gait and this is also taken to a running gait as well. ___[NAME] who lacks inflexion at her knee which I believe is probably distributed up and down her chain to her ankle joint through her foot and also through her hips producing the Trendelenburg style of gait. All in all, I think this has an impact on her
