I know it looks like I’ve been slacking, you remind me every other email, but I hope you could understand that as a junior with aspirations to someday enroll into the naval academy it is not easy for me because even though I want to devote 100% of my time and be the star LPO you’d like me to be I am I have found myself falling short because of the diverse activities I need to be involved to at least get a chance to apply to the Naval Academy. …show more content…

Ma’am, you’ve seen my biography you know firsthand how hard I’m pushing with everything I’m doing to have a possible chance for the naval academy, but even with everything going on I still make an effort to be at drill as often as I possibly can. To be involved in recruiting in looking for ways to get the unit programs or even to raise funds. What saddened me the most is that I know your image of me has been tainted with the recent events involving OS1, putting my leadership at question, which has discourage me

If we made one tiny mistake we were forced to do thirty laps around the camp or until we dropped from exhaustion. Thank the gods that only happened once, the ironic thing about that is that it was me who made the careless mistake and made everyone very angry.
