Naval Academy Summer Seminar

I am interested in attending the Naval Academy Summer Seminar in the Summer of 2017, because I would like to be introduced to the rigors and challenges that all Midshipmen face while attending the United States Naval Academy. Although I have not received any STEM-related awards, being at the academy would afford me the opportunity to develop friendships with students from around the nation, develop teamwork skills and see what it would be like to push myself in physical and mental situations. Being accepted to attend the Naval Academy Summer Seminar would be a great honor, and would create opportunities that would help me mature into a Midshipman, that will eventually lead me to develop into a naval officer.
