Goal 1: Naudia will improve her behavior at home and in the community.

• Naudia and her mother were in a good mood when the QP met with her for a session.
• Naudia was observed teasing herself and being mean to her which caused her sister to whine and tell their mother who use strong words to redirect Naudia.
• Naudia and her mother listened as the QP shared it is impossible to control everything and when trying to do so a person because anxious.
• Naudia acknowledged she does experiences anxiety when she lets go and trusts others to handle the situation then it doesn’t turn out the way it is supposed to then when she handles it and it stills turns out bad she worries about what she could have done differently.

Goal 2: Naudia will maintain positive academic performance.

• Naudia shared with the QP and her mother the principal took her summer paperwork she turned in and threw in trash and told her she was not going to summer school.
• Naudia’s mother contacted the principal at the school and left her a message to return her call about the summer school.
• Naudia stated she was not starting drama and it really happened; however, the QP shared with Naudia that her mother will find out when the principal call back what really happened.
• Naudia’s mother commented Naudia showed her some of her progress reports, but not all because she has bad grades, so the teachers are going to print new ones and leave them at the front desk for her to pick them up.
• Naudia’s mother reported Naudia has already been retained and she does not want her to fall behind again; therefore, she needs to attend summer school in order to
