Nature's Truth
The Nature vs. Nurture is the most common debatable subject in Psychology. Like whether personality is a nature or a nurture thing. I personally think that nature is the biggest predictor of personality and behaviour. And it refers to the range of traits, capacities and limitations that each person inherits genes from his or her parents at the moment of conception such as pigmentation of the skin, eye colour, body type, diseases, athletic ability, memory and etc. But some traits have a stronger tendency to get passed down like height and weight unlike shyness and intelligence which have some tendency to get passed down.
In other words, the twins studies are one example of nature (heredity). Psychologists studied and learned about heredity from twins, identical and fraternal twins. Since the twins were the best way to assess genes and the environment. And psychologists came up with a theory that similarities in twins were from heredity and differences were from the environment. Ted Bundy too, helped out psychologists study nature's effect on personality and behavioural development. Ted Bundy, who did not have a twin was affected by nature on his development of personality and behavioural traits. Ted Bundy did not have a traumatic childhood but some sources assume that Ted Bundy was raised by his mother's abusive father but no material evidence was found. He was very charming and was rather a charismatic man. But later caused his personality and behavioural to change, not by environment but rather by the nature. Causing Ted Bundy to murder over 35 women, who were usually university students. And that Ted Bundy was rather independent and “did not understand interpersonal relationship”. Some psychologists assume that Ted Bundy had no sense of how to develop friendships and social interactions. And later on Ted Bundy too claimed that he had no sense of friendship and
