I think is naturalism and realism are both represented in the short story “An Episode of War” by Stephen Curry which is this story takes place 1800s during the American civil war. The setting was cause a campground battlefield where the lieutenant got shot, by relating it could happen in real life to anybody in war. For example, in the beginning of the story is naturalism the lieutenant got shot through his arm and he sees blooding running around his wounded arm. Officially, he could not do anything about it in order to stop.
