Natural highs always come to every single person in their lifetime and they stick with that mostly the rest of their lives. For me, a definition of a natural high is that it is something a person loves doing so much that in a way they get high. My natural high was found early in my life at the age of four; it was swimming. I still remember the first time I met the pool; it was an inflatable tube pool that was about 5 feet deep and I was learning to swim. I was so happy that I tried my hardest to be better and to become stronger. It was an amazing experience to be in the pool no matter how cold it was, jumping from a little trampoline, and just swimming. These are the memories I still carry with me. Swimming was just amazing and it still is.

They find happiness and pleasure in drugs or the consumption of alcohol. They begin to think that it is a wondrous feeling, but then out of nowhere, they become sassy and haughty and are thrown in a state of chaos. If they keep becoming like that by taking drugs or by heavy consumption of alcohol, they become vexed and have no notion of what is going on in their lives. They are letting themselves be best and trod upon by other people who like taking advantage of the downfall of poor individuals. This daily procedure stops a person from achieving their full potential in life and drains them from all other energy to become active and to do something to stop it. Television tries to stop drug use and the like by putting out documentaries on the negative effects of them and by advertisements that tell of the downfall of people that have done similar things. The television does this to try to enlighten the young mind to stop and not to go into the gloomy state of depression or to hurt themselves to a point of no repair. It is pretty sad when a person carries something to that extent. It hurts the person drastically and can even leave them traumatized; while their friends lose faith in the person and he/she is left alone instead of the friends giving him/her reasons on why not to do it. Luckily I have a few good friends that are always there for me and would never leave
