I agree with Hobbes statement that our natural condition is one of lawlessness and violence. Humans, although labeled as social animal, our natural instinct, as described by Charles Darwin is “survival of the fittest”. Even with all the rules and laws present, we humans still manage to break them and chose the path of violence. Not all people incline to violence, but I think that is because of the law that we have to protect and be protected. If it is to be a lawless world, it is only matter of time that violence takes over. The meaning of ‘crime’ would not exist and there will no one or any rules to protect or be protected. Like many animals in the world that are harmless and peaceful, some humans might not take the path of disobedience or
