As for reading labels, yes I did and I always do. I don’t buy anything without reading the labels first. I am one of those people in the supermarket reading labels of every food I buy, before putting in my cart.

How I eat and how much I eat, has everything to do with what I know and learned. More than 3 years ago, I made a health decision of becoming a healthier person. To have more natural/organic food in mine and family’s lives. Seeing movies like FOOD MATTERS, RAW 30, FOOD INC and more, changed the way I see food. That the food industry is all about money, that we as consumers need to watch out for ourselves. We can’t rely on what companies to tell us what’s good for our bodies, we have to be more conscious of what we feed ourselves and our love ones. So many food out there are full of antibiotics and hormones, it hard to find the ones that are good for us. I’m no longer the person that goes to the store and picks up what I feel like eating. I think and read everything before putting them in my cart. I’m not saying I got this whole being healthy down, I am still a work in progress. But for this past few years, I am a lot better than I used to be. Eating better and exercising regularly, made me stronger and less likely to get
