Nationalism was one of the most significant causes of World War I. Nationalism basically means when a group of people have pride in their country, and are willing to do anything for their country. The key aspect discussed “To overcome resistances… national governments… state-controlled systems of education,compulsory military service, manipulation of the press… ”(Document J).
