Within the ongoing management and maintenance, the national integration center (NIC) provides an oversight that supports the routine. Refinement of the system is not being meet. The NIMS ensures that all personnel that participate in NIC activities receive lessens from actual past incidents. Not having an established NIC program the lack of available training will lead to further breakdown of preparedness. Without the NIC there would not be any assessment of the NIMS in Federal, State, tribal, local, private-sector, or nongovernmental. Having an overview of the NIMS ensures that any organization operating within the guidelines and that all awareness and education are being followed.
