A leader and an individual are obligated to maintain certain characteristics in the best interest of a sports team, academic organization, or club. Every organization depends on its leaders and members to be successful. Being a participant in Christians in Action, dual credit courses at Angelina College, and National Honor Society, I notice the officers and members acting in agreement on behalf of the club or in support of their classes and grades.
Christians in Action relies on guidance of a leader, especially since staff is prohibited from partaking in religious ensembles. Religion cannot be taught in public schools. Therefore, it makes it the students’ duty to manage the meeting. Being a student led group, Christians in Action must have

Since it is so honorable, it has many regulations members must follow or risk expulsion from the organization. Source B displays Socrates having to drink poison because he broke the law. Agreements both written and unwritten between individuals must be kept to live rightly and justly. Doing wrong results in having to face consequences for those actions. A major demand to remain a member of National Honor Society is maintaining a 4.5 GPA. There are six other principal requirements; if the requirements to remain a member are not met by the end of each semester, the repercussion is membership termination. Socrates’ social contract said to uphold the law and that the National Honor Society member has a chapter agreement to follow the rules. Just as Socrates had to endure his punishment, members will follow suit. Failure to meet regulations will result in the individual to do the same and face the consequence. We enter into an agreement when we become members to make it our duty to lead a virtuous like.
Participating in any organization requires leaders and members to have a certain level of respect. Similar to what I have experienced in my organization: Christians in Action, dual credit courses, and National Honor Society.
