National Honor Society Analysis

Decent Essays
I am qualified to be in the National Honor Society because I am willing to take leadership and help others. I have been doing community service since I was ten and I have loved helping people ever since. I volunteer regularly at Somerford, which is an Alzheimer's home. I help the residents there and love making their day better. Along with assisting residents, I also mentored a little girl through Project K.IND. I found it very rewarding when Camille, the girl I tutored, understood her homework and could go home knowing she knew the topics she was learning. I enjoyed being able to tutor and mentor her. Also through school, I am involved in Ambassadors. Since I have been in Ambassadors I have learned to give public speeches and take initiative.
