National Honor Society: A Self Analysis

I possess a quality of leadership that is as rallying as it is unyielding. I often find myself arriving at a decision, planning on how to accomplish this goal and standing by it. Although, this trait this can presumed as stubbornness, I place great emphasis on being a leader that presents herself as a figure of strong resolve but also as someone others can come to in a time of need. In my experience, by being a leader that serves as the foundation for her peer’s personal growth and prosperity will find this in return from them. However, this does not include yielding to faulty excuses or covering up what is lacking.
