National Christmas Tree Lighting- This tradition has gone on since 1923 and the address is 15th Street Northwest and East Street Northwest, Washington D.C. 20500.

Rock ‘n Roll USA Marathon- Began in 1998, with a small idea. People can run either a 5K, half marathon, or a marathon.
St. Patrick's Day Parade- Will happen on Sunday, March 11 this year at noon. This is the 47th year that this has occurred. The parade goes down Constitution Avenue.
