For some time now, the world in general has a morbidity rate that is climbing. The health of the nation as well as the world is at risk. The NCHS is an organization that compiles a list of statistics that helps to improve the health of all Americans. NCHS collects data from birth and death records, medical records, interview surveys, and through direct physical exams and laboratory testing (NCHC, 2018).
