And they don 't lock you into a contract, which is just another indication of their commitment to providing you with the best ongoing support possible. By not charging cancellation fees to keep you "locked-in" to a contract regardless of whether or not you are satisfied with their services, helps to assure you will receive the performance, competitive pricing and the customer service excellence required for them to retain your business.
