This key experience allowed me to examine my various meetings with the clients that I had selected for this experience. I found that there are a couple of areas addressed in the NASW Code of Ethics that were highlighted in my experience. Integrity and competence are areas that these meetings led me to examine more. I had to examine the mission, values and ethical principals and standards as well. I explored my meetings with these individuals and had to decide when the relationship needed to come to an end. These relationships typically ended when the individuals that I worked with were unable to identify any goals that they were willing to work toward. I can see where it would be easy for someone to continue to meet with a person and bill
