It started has another rainy day in Norfolk, Virginia. Nash had just gotten home from a long, boring day at school. “Mom?” Nash’s family life was, let’s just say, not the best. His mom works 50 hours a week and isn’t home very much at all. Monday is her only day off. His dad, for all that Nash could know, is in China. He is home maybe 2 days a year. The only thing that Nash does know, is that he spends most of his time in an office in D.C. “ Nashy, come grab some dinner” said a woman with a sweet voice from the kitchen. His mom was one of the nicest people Nash had ever met, except for one thing. Her work consumed her. Staying up until 2am and waking up at 5:00 is not a good schedule to be on. Especially since she’s been on it for 15 years. …show more content…
White is waiting for you in the private room, follow me”, ordered the lady They walked to the back of the restaurant and found a small room. Nash stepped inside and saw a round bellied man only about 5 feet tall standing in the corner of the room. “ Nash, so nice of you to meet with me”, he spoke in a thick italian accent Nash was impatient, “ You know what happened to my dad?” “ Slow down there child, I’ll be asking the questions around here”, said the stuck up italian man. “ You’re Mr. White?”, Nash asked “ Nash we just talked about asking questions, but yes, I am Mr. White. I have information of your father if you would like to hear it.” “ Go on”, Nash insisted “ Ok then, your father was not an ordinary man who worked in an office all day. In fact he did quite the opposite. Your father was a spy for the CIA. He had done countless espionage missions for the US. Around 3:00 AM yesterday morning we found a lead. The lead was for a case that had been cold for a very long time. It was another murder, but not as you might expect. The murder was on a roller coaster ride. The victim was a man named Dave Sadler. He is an executive for the biggest oil company in the world which you have probably heard of. It is called A and A Oil. He was

My day started waking up extraordinarily early in a splendid five star hotel from an extremely comfortable and pulpy bed complimented with heavenly pillows. This joyful day fills my body with excitement and replays in my mind as if it had happened for the first time. This wasn’t your average birthday present, no not some gift card to GameStop, not some pair of Stephen Curry’s, not even the next Call Of Duty game. The exact moment these words accessed my ears I almost passed out my parents had told me Alex we are going to Queens, New York so you can meet Carmelo Anthony, I was so ecstatic. It felt like it was just yesterday I was packing my bags and filling it with New York Knicks merchandise, I was so immature I even packed my poster of him and his jersey.…

Basketball has been a completely new experience for me. I’d never tried it before and sports that require skills to shoot are not my best to play. One massive thing that helped me get through it, was the fact that I have to ball coordination skills that I was able to use in this instance, another thing was the competition between the teams in our class and cohort, and this is where the interpersonal level of Figueroa’s Framework affects this activity. This extra level of motivation and encouragement from not only your team but your friends really helps you enjoy the sport and what it has to offer.
