NASCAR’s branding strategy is perhaps the most notable aspect of NASCAR’s overall marketing strategy. Early on, NASCAR relied on the advantages that came with collaborating and co-branding with other companies. You can look at any driver, any car, and there are logos covering just about every square inch of the driver’s jumpsuit, helmet, car, etc. If a logo can be placed there, NASCAR has a sponsor wanting to fill that space. In the process of co-branding and expanding out partnerships, NASCAR was able to actually define and expand on its own label. NASCAR is a very recognized brand today.
