Nascar Argumentative Essay

Decent Essays
Indycar fans are unique kinds of fans. Indycar is prevalent in the northern states of America. Whereas Nascar is huge in the southern states of America. The forced market segmentation that was demonstrated by splitting the classes forced fans to make choice they really didn’t want to make and it also caused the sport to loose sponsors.
Sponsorships are huge. Corporations spend approximately $53.1 billion dollars every year (Jensen & Cobbs, 2014) on this type of advertising. These sponsorships are important to the fans and drivers alike. The drivers use the sponsorship money to build fine racing machines whereas the fans like to see their products advertised. These advertisements lead to increased sales revenue for the companies.

To support my claims I use evidence from expert researchers and certified doctors.…

To no surprise there has been a great debate about rodeo and the way the livestock are treated. With being in the rodeo myself I have heard harsh opinions countless of times. People think the way animals are treated is considered animal abuse, and with involvement and personal experience in rodeo this is not the case. People think that while the audience of the rodeo is being entertained, animals are physically aggravated to an immoral extent.…

RuPaul 's Drag Race is one of many American reality competition television shows that debuted in 2009. The show focuses on drag queens and their ability to showcase their “charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent” through a variety of challenges: acting, costume construction, modelling, fashion forwardness and more are assessed by a panel of judges, including host and titular drag superstar, RuPaul. Drag queens have always been central to the lgbtq rights movement, tied to the Stonewall riots and existing as hypervisible queer folk, so queens occupy a political space that questions gender, performance, identity, and art. Sports debate is a hobby that I am most passionate for. A reason I am so fond of this hobby is because it includes two of my favorite things: sports and arguing. I constantly find myself tuning into ESPN to watch ESPN first take or Fox Sports to watch Undisputed. These two sports debate shows take up most of most mornings as I would sit watching the art of oration between two well prepared candidates. Unlike sports debate, writing papers was not one of my hobbies.…
