October Narrative
It all started when I ordered this new shower gel from Bath and Bodyworks. The name of the shower gel is “A thousand Wishes”. This shower gel is the shower gel that I have been waiting for, for a very long time. The shower gel A thousand wishes smelled so good and it wasn’t too strong or too soft, it was just right. I’ve been waiting for the store to release this shower gel for a month, so when it was released, I was eager to order it. I only the Thousand Wishes lotion that my cousin Anizha purchased. It smelled wonderful and I couldn't wait to order my own bottle. They released the shower gel A Thousand Wishes on a Wednesday and I ordered it the same day. I slept for about five more minutes and quickly jumped out of bed. I’m so not a morning person! So after I got up I went straight downstairs to see if my packet was at the door but to my surprise it wasn’t. I didn’t let that ruin my morning because I just assumed that it was going to be on the porch when I got back from school in the afternoon. All day at school the only thing on my mind was my package being on the front door step. When I came home from school the package was sitting right there on my front porch. I screamed so loud I was so happy and excited at the same time. The neighbors were right across the street when I screamed and they were looking at me like I was crazy. Are you okay,” they exclaimed sounding worried.
I yelled to them that, “ I was missing a wing and that my dress was no longer fitting properly. We could not figure out what happened to the wing, but I was glad it was gone. My sister gave me her cardigan so that it could cover the missing wing. We went back to dinner and I proceeded to eat my yummy shrimp. As I finished my meal, I felt my dress becoming more loose. For the second time I asked to be excused to the restroom. This time my other wing was gone! I had my normal body back! I ran out of the restroom with the biggest smile on my face as I rejoined the party. I gave my sister her cardigan back and told her I was feeling great. My sisters immediately noticed that both of my wings were gone. As we said goodbye to our guests, we all hugged and tried to make sense of what happened to the wings. In conclusion the positive reaction my body had from the seafood dish I ordered completely dissolved the wings. “Thank goodness for seafood” I said. My sisters laughed and we enjoyed the rest of the night. I will forever be thankful for shrimp pasta and will eat it faithfully once a week to keep the wings from coming
