9. List of Appendix Figures. The LIST OF APPENDIX FIGURES contains the figures presented in the Appendix Section.

B. The Text 1. Significance of the On-the-Job Training. This section discusses the reasons in conducting the OJT. It answers the following questions: Why is there a need to conduct the OJT? What benefits would be derived from it? Will the study add to knowledge? What is its practical application impact? 2. Objectives of the Study. This section includes both the general and specific objectives. The general objective is a statement of the broad target while the specific objectives are statements of the definite inquiries to achieve the general objective. 3. Time and Place of the On-the-Job Training. This section includes the period of the OJT. The place of study includes the actual place where the OJT was conducted. 4. The Linkage Institution/Enterprise. This section includes all relevant information about the company/enterprise/institution. 5. The Training Areas. This section includes all relevant information about the area/department where the OJT was assigned to. 6. The Training Experience. This section includes the experiences gained by the trainee. It must include the tasks assigned, the strength and weaknesses of the training experience. The daily experiences of the trainee may be summarized in forms of tables which are properly labeled.
