Dispatch advised the suspect vehicle was driving westbound on S 300th Pl and 58th Pl S. Anthony followed the suspect vehicle to S 288th ST and 41st Ave S, traveling westbound on S 288th St.

Roger was slow to react to my presence and was looking for something in his wallet. I asked Roger if I could see his Driver’s License and he said “you already asked me that.” Roger’s speech was very delayed and heavily slurred. I informed Roger that I was a different Officer then one he might have been talking with sooner. As I observed Roger I could see his body sway back and forth to keep balanced. I asked Roger if he had anything to drink tonight. Roger said “I had four beers”. I asked what kind of beers and Roger replied “Budweiser’s”. As the vehicle pulled into the entrance it drove up and over the raised curbing on the eastside of the entrance. As Officer Michel’s contacted Roger Officer Michel’s knocked on the driver’s side window. Roger opened up the driver side door.
Officer Michel’s said he noticed Roger had a blank like state on his face and his eyes appeared to be watery and droopy. He also observed a strong odor of intoxicants coming from inside the vehicle. Office Michel’s had Roger step out of the vehicle. As Roger began to exit the vehicle it began to move forward a few feet. Officer Michel’s told Roger to place the vehicle in park, which he did. Around this time Officer Michel’s advised Roger he was being video and audio recorded.
As Roger exited the vehicle Officer Michel’s noted that Roger’s body movements were slow and lethargic and appeared to have trouble stepping out of the vehicle. As Roger exited the vehicle, Office Michel’s noted that Roger was leaning up against the side of the vehicle to as to help with
