Peyton And Maxey's Trip To An Indoor Amusement Park

I. Narrative
Peyton and Maxey were observed during a school band trip to an indoor amusement park. As they entered the location Peyton rushed through the door letting the door close on Maxey. As he came in the door he said, "you could have held the door Peyton". Peyton looked at Maxey, and said, "oops, my bad". They stared at each other for a few seconds and then just stood and waited. As they stood and waited for their mother to pay for their entrance to the amusement park they noticed the other band members standing and waiting. Peyton ran over and hugged everyone individually. Maxey waved shyly to everyone and in a very low tone, he said, "hi".

In addition to that the amusement park also contains rides, bumper cars, race cars, and miniature golf. Although the band members with their as a group once entering the amusement park everyone had different things they wanted to do. Peyton and Maxey both had different ideas of what they wanted to do. Peyton wanted to go with the rest of the band members to ride the rides, on the other hand Maxey preferred to play arcade games. With instructions left by their mother that they had to stay together they had to decide. Peyton and Maxey stood at the entrance of the amusement park trying to decide where to begin. Peyton said I don't want to play games I want to go with everyone else. Maxey stood and looked around the room and then he said I don't want to ride I just want to play the games. They had to decide they had a brief conversation in which they decided that they would start with the rides so that they could stay with the band and then play games afterwards. Maxey was visibly upset which could be seen and his facial expressions but he went along with the …show more content…
Peyton let Maxey decide what game they would play first. Peyton said, "It's your turn now you can decide what we do first". Maxey look around the arcade floor and headed straight for a virtual reality game. As Peyton and Maxey get seated in the game Maxey swiped his card which contained tokens to pay for their turn on the game. The game is meant to simulate reality going through a jungle. As the game started the seats laid back in the children had to wear a seat belt across their waist. The seats began to shake and Peyton and Maxey both at the same time said, "Whoa!"
