Tell us about yourself: My name is Caydan Marshall, I'm 13 years old and I love to play Minecraft. I have always liked talking to other people on skype and TeamSpeak and discord and being around others so I always want to play video games a lot for around 2 years now. This server was running for 6 months and was when I got pretty good at configuring plugins. I learned a decent amount of things in those 6 months, example how to deal with a lot of big or small situations. Being apart of a server like that with that amount of players in the first 3-4 months of playing Minecraft was a great experience, which made my Minecraft staffing experience better than my staffing experience used to be. I Also got good at PvP on this server.
RetronixPvPMC: RetronixPvPMC was an another server I owned and it was kind of successful but now how I planned it to be, it happens. it wasn't really that fun hosting a server, It wasn't turning out as I hoped it would be so I decided to shut down the server because of payment. I was planning on keeping the server but I couldn't pay all that money monthly.
BlastNetwork: Blast network was a good and successful server it had practice and factions. it had a player base of 10-15 players (NOW CLOSED). I had a lot of fun helping people. but then I was demoted for being too immature. But since then I've tried to become more mature and now I am more mature and …show more content…
because I think swearing isn't really that mature Not something nice to do.
Honesty: I'm a very honest person if I do something wrong like they hack or advertise etc. ill admit to what I've done. most of the time I admit to what I've done if it wasn't the worst thing that you could do.
Helping People: I really enjoy helping people. say like someone was new to Prison/Hcf/ETC and they were in TeamSpeak and waiting for staff. I would try to spend 20 - 30 minutes helping them. because after I help them I feel relieved.
Friendly: I'm really friendly, well, that's what most my friends say and what I think. I will always respect players and staff. I 'Il never tell people to F*** off. because I think that's very rude and immature and unprofessional.
Experience: I don't really have a lot of experience but I feel like I'm qualified for the job. I'll help as many people as I can a day because of its what I like to do. I know I don't have a lot of experience but I know what to do and what not to do Example not swear 24/7. because that's very immature. but my experience does not show if I'm mature or not hopefully you give me a chance as being a staff member on
