On February 19, 2018 at approximately 7:52 PM I, Deputy Hill was dispatched to 149 CR 2117 Quitman, TX 75783 in reference to criminal trespass.
Upon my arrival I, made contact with a white female Samantha Taylor DOB 5/5/1995 and a black male Danny Harper DOB 8/9/1956. I asked Samantha if she had contacted the Sheriff’s Office to which she stated yes. Samantha informed me that Danny was at her residence uninvited and she wanted him to leave. At that time I asked Danny to step to my patrol unit, before Danny walked to my patrol unit I preformed a terry frisk of Danny’s person for weapons. After Danny had walked to the rear of my patrol unit, I then asked Samantha if she had seen any weapons on Danny’s person to which she stated yes, Samantha
