“I’m doing this experiment for my blog. I’m going to go to the killer lake and prove that there is nothing extraordinary about it,” Klaus said.
“What’s the killer lake?”, Elijah asked.
“Your kidding you really don’t know what the killer lake is,”Klaus stated.
After seeing the look of confusion on both of the children's faces, Klaus started to tell them about the killer lake and its story.
“So it’s believed that some witch used to live near that lake and she used the water from that lake to cleanse herself. One day she came to the lake and found out that it was being used by humans. She got angry and cursed the lake so whenever a human steps into the lake they disappear in a mist and are never found. I don’t believe in witches and mists that make people disappear. I’m going to go into the lake and prove that it isn’t haunted. You two could come with me,”Klaus said.
The children agreed to do this. They were bored and had nothing better to do. They agreed to meet the next morning outside Klaus’s house.
The next morning Rebekah and Elijah had been waiting for Klaus for thirty minutes.
