On March 31, 2017 at approximately 0747 hours I responded to intersection of Franklin Street and Elaine Avenue, Altamonte Springs, Seminole County in reference to found property. Upon arrival I made contact with reporting person Charles Benedetto.

Benedetto stated that as he was driving along Elaine Avenue when he observed something shining a tree. he Benedetto stated he exited his vehicle to take a closer look and discovered it was a purse hanging from the tree. According to Benedetto he then looked in the purse for an ID card when he discovered hypodermic needles at which time he contacted police.

On scene I searched the purse and discovered it contained mail and a pawn receipt with the name Deanna Brown. I also discovered the two unused
